Kizito D. Kalima is Founder and Executive Director of the Peace Center for Forgiveness and Reconciliation, a public speaker, and an advocate for Genocide Survivors.
Consolee Nishimwe is a survivor of the 1994 Rwandan genocide against Tutsis, a committed speaker on the genocide, a defender of global women’s rights, and an advocate for other genocide survivors.
Arlethea holds as Master of Education Degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and is a certified fitness trainer. Arlethea has worked with Student Support Services and Upward Bound for over 20 years at her alma mater, Fayetteville State University.
Dr. Crystal Neumann holds a Doctoral degree in Business Administration and currently works in higher education.
Dr. Catherine McKay holds a Masters of Science degree in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment and a Doctorate of Education degree in Leadership.
Shirley Jane Cecil-Kriz has over 20 years of experience in the Indianapolis area as former Director of Client Services for Prevail, Inc., in delivering victim abuse assistance for youth and adults.
